Louise Day

Louise is a multi-disciplined pratitioner. She practises in the Employment Law field, dealing with wrongful dismissal matters, bullying and other workplace issues. She enjoys looking after client intrerests in Property Law as they buy and sell property and practises in the Business Law section dealing with the sale and purchase of business and business issues. Louise is skilled in Wills and Probate and takes instructions in this field. Louise practises in Mt Martha and on the Mornington Peninsula. In the Family Law field, Louise assists client achieve property settlements and resolve disputes via mediation.
